School Age Care

After School Care & Summer Camp

Our school age curriculum blends our knowledge of early education (which spans the years, birth through eight years of age), with what research tells us about school age programing. Our School Age programming supports and continues your child’s learning, “Beyond School”.  The curriculum was developed and created by our director using her early childhood education and twenty years of working with school aged children. The curriculum is developmentally appropriate, it aligns with and is guided by the Ohio K-12 standards, and provides an environment conducive to skills enrichment for your child.  Children are engaged in the decisions made, they are involved with community and participate in many enriching experiences. These experiences are developed and planned inclusive of the child, parent and teacher.  Our field trips and community outings are awesome!

Transportation from school available for neighboring schools.

Summer Camp

Our “Beyond School curriculum is implemented full time for children ages 5-12, through our “Camp Responsible Me” summer program. Students are provided rich learning experiences, through community involvement, skills enrichment. Our field trips and outings include many popular locations such as The Cincinnati Museum Center, Cincinnati Zoological gardens, The Newport Aquarium and the Science Expo in Winton Woods. Visits to area libraries and swimming pools are enjoyed by all. We visit the Freedom Center and add an expanded trip to the John P. Parker Foundry, including lunch at Rockin Robin's Soda Shoppe along the Ohio river and finishing at the Rankin House! Our most popular trip for children and families is Lake Waynoka. We are intentional about alleviating summer learning gaps and transition students back to school, ready to continue learning
