In God's Hands is accepting resumes for teachers who are dedicated to the field of
early childhood education.
The focus of the program is to provide a life-long love of learning.
We are looking for fun and energetic:

Lead Teachers
Assistant Teachers

Lead Teacher Qualifications

Prior classroom experience with (Infant, Toddler, Preschool)
•Associate in Early Childhood Education or CDA 
•Proficient in Early Learning Domains 
•Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
•Strong written and communication skills
•Early Education and Care Certification

Lead Teachers are responsible for ensuring compliance, implementing learning standards and performing assessments utilizing Ages & Stages, Teaching Strategy Gold and Bracken assessment tools. Lead Teachers write and implement their own lesson plans based on early learning content standards and monthly center based curriculum themes. Most importantly, they create a positive, safe, learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!

Assistant Teacher Qualifications

•CDA
•Minimum of 18 years of age
•Prior experience preferred

Assistant Teachers assist the Lead Teacher with the below-noted responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities

Our Lead and Assistant Teachers work together:

•Developing lesson plans
•Meeting the individual's needs of the children
•Parent communication
•Participation in staff and training meetings
•Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom
•Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
•Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level
•Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills
•Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
•Building teamwork
•Using assessment tools
•Committing to continuing education & work cooperatively within the community
